Carrier-1 Adds 10,000 sq. ft. of Colocation Space in Dallas
Construction has started on Phase II
September 8, 2015; Dallas, TX – Carrier-1 Data Centers, one of the largest data center facilities in North Texas, is expanding their raised floor capacity in Dallas. The wholesale data center provider has started construction on Phase II of their 106,866 square foot building with an additional 10,000 square feet for a total of 20,000 square feet of colocation space. This is one of multiple raised floor PODs to be constructed by the Dallas colocation provider. Up to 60,000 square feet of colocation space is planned. Construction on the building is expected to begin next month and will be completed by the end of the year.
Carrier-1 provides premium data center space with 24/7/365 security and facility management. Fault tolerant infrastructure includes redundant power and cooling capacity. The facility meets any compliant requirement including PCI, HIPPA and SOX. Connect to any network carrier directly within the building or via dark fiber to the Dallas Infomart. Multiple racks, Virtual PODs, private cages, suites and powered shell space are available now with plenty of capacity available for expansion. On-site office space is also available for lease.
