24/7/365 Facility and Security Support is provided for FREE to all tenants. Critical building monitoring and management systems are observed and responded to around the clock. On-site security personnel observe and manage all security protocols for the facility including gate entry, interior/exterior video surveillance, physical access verification via access permissions defined by the customer, card-key entry throughout and locking cabinets, cages and suites.

24/7/365 Technical Support is available and provided by our on-site personnel. Simply call or log into our free customer portal with ticket system, access control permissions, billing information and bandwidth utilization graphs. Please select the technical support services you are interested in:
